I was and still unhappy with this purchase for the very main reason that I have to tip the entire base of the product to remove excess water. Plus it is very hard to clean the water tank and you can sometimes smell bad odor even if we try to empty out the best we can. I wish we did not buy this product or I wish it was better :-(</span>

I can leave it, and get to the next task! It was originally a gift that I thought was silly because duh I could just use a pot to steam, but the time saving and ease has been incredible. In fact, I recommend it to many mamas especially for baby led weaning! It's extremely consistent at making the perfect steam veggies sticks. Plus customer service was more than accommodating when I had a piece finally break on this machine, they sent a new part out immediately. The same with the FormulaPro. I'm loving BabyBrezza!</span>
