<span itemprop="description">Our toddler loves this basketball set. He has recently gotten into "throwing" balls and having this set gives him a target to try for. We sometimes lower it so he can "dunk" which he just thinks is hilarious. Our only issue with the set is that one of the balls that came with it had a puncture hole in it so it was never able to be used, as it won't hold air. Makes me think maybe the overall quality of the product won't last that long which is why I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Initially you might think that the net just sits on the hooks on the inside of the rim. Nope. Take the top loop of the net (on the wider end of the net), squeeze it so it's narrow, pass it through the visible hole in the hook from the bottom. Pull the loop through, and pull it down to secure it by the hook. Do this for all the hooks and you're all set. One or two may come loose depending on what the kids do with it, but that's how you get a net on a rim.</span>

Because we loved it so much I bought it for our bonus baby’s 2nd birthday. After 10 minutes of play, the hoop fell out and continues to every time he plays with it. It is so frustrating! He can’t fix it. Why did you change the design? If it was for safety, that didn’t work because my 2 year old wears the hoop and net around his neck. Dangerous! Any suggestions, Little Tikes, on how to get the hoop to stay connected? Also, the dip in the back is no longer big enough to hold the ball when it isn’t being used. That was a nice feature in the old model.</span>

I supposed this feature may be for safety in the event that someone’s head gets stuck in the net or something but it is a hassle picking the rim off the floor after 2 or 3 shots. My son isn’t shooting any harder than a normal 2 yr old would shoot so that’s not the problem. Also the net keeps falling off a hook or two.</span>
