It looked like a return. The product itself also looked used but it worked well enough so we decided to keep it because the kids really, really wanted to use it right away. One of the kids even commented on how used the product looked but was happy to bounce away and it works fine. It is great. The weight goes up to 140 lbs so even I (mom) can use it. I jumped on it a few times to break in the spring a little bit because it was quite stiff and while my kids initially complained (My 9 year old uses it too) I told them that it would loosen up a little with use. They have already broken record after record for jumps and are loving it. great exercise and excellent solid quality.
