Placing an Order for International Shipping is simple! Below are important details you need to know prior to placing your order.

Toys "R" Us accepts orders from around the globe and can deliver your purchase to a shipper that we partner with in the United States who can ship eligible products to certain countries so long as the billing address and "ship to" address are the same. The sale occurs in the United States and the shipper acts as your agent in delivering the product to you. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.

You will be notified at checkout if certain items must be removed due to weight, size (too large to ship in one package) or import/export laws and regulations. You must remove those items from your Shopping cart before you can proceed to checkout.

You agree that you are purchasing merchandise from our shipping partner, I-PARCEL, in the United States for non-commercial use only and that you will not resell any such merchandise. I-PARCEL will convert our prices into your preferred currency; collect your payment information and estimate customs fees and import duties based on the country where your order will be delivered (the "destination country"). For international orders, your credit card information is only collected by I-PARCEL and is not shared with or collected by Toys "R" Us. See the Privacy Policy of I-PARCEL. If required by the destination country, I-PARCEL or its agent may request additional personal identifying information that must be provided to complete the delivery. Such information will only be used for the purpose of processing your order. If you do not agree to these terms and do not provide the information, your order cannot be processed.

Once your order is complete, we will ship your order to I-PARCEL and the sale is completed to I-PARCEL in the United States. I-PARCEL will then ship the order to you. If I-PARCEL is not able to deliver your order, I-PARCEL will attempt to notify you of the problem using the email address you provided during checkout to notify you that your package has been deemed "undeliverable". Please be sure your address and email information is correct during checkout.

You are able to place an International Shipping order the same way you would place a U.S. shipping order, except you will not be able to place Baby Registry or Wish List items in your Cart directly from a Guest's Registry, but you are able to place the specific item in your cart and purchase them from the website if it is available for International Shipping.


What Products are Available for International Shipping?

Most products on are available for International Shipping with just a few exceptions. You will be able to tell if an item is available on the product detail page. Once you add item to your cart, you can select the International Shipping option and enter the shipping address to see if item is available to be shipped to the particular country chosen.

Please note, certain products may not be eligible for International Shipping due to import/export laws and regulations. Weight restrictions apply and orders may be restricted by size or quantity. Out of stock products, pre-sale items, lithium batteries that are not installed in items (video game players, cameras, etc.) and consumable products such as food items and liquids are not eligible for International Shipping.


How It Works

All items eligible for International Shipping will have an "Eligible for International Shipping" message on the product detail page just under the picture of the product. If you choose the International Shipping option, just follow a few simple steps when adding the item to your cart:

  1. Add the item to your cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button.
  2. Once you've added all of the items you wish to purchase, you will be given the option, in your cart, to select the International Shipping option.
  3. A list of eligible countries will pop up for you to make your selection.
  4. Once you've selected your destination, you will click "Proceed to Checkout". This will take you from the website to the iParcel shopping cart where you will complete your order transaction.

Please note: All taxes, shipping and duty information and costs will be presented to you on the iParcel site.


Payment Methods

Method of payment will vary depending on country. Accepted method of payments will display on the Order Review and Payment Page. Other options such as deferred billing, gift cards and e-gift cards available in the United States are not available for products shipped to destinations outside the United States.


Using Coupons on International Shipping Orders

At this time, coupons are limited for use on orders shipping to destinations within the US only.


If I purchase and item with a free gift, will I be able to receive it?

Should your order be available for a "Free Gift" and/or sale items, please note that those items may be subject to duties, taxes, and import fees. You will be responsible for these charges plus any shipping and handling incurred in getting the goods to the final destination. NOTE: Free Shipping offers do not apply to International Shipping.


Shipping Times

Your order will be shipped using I-Parcel's Preferred Shipping, and it should arrive within 7-14 business days once placed. Please note that rural/remote areas may take longer for delivery and that Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.


How much will my Shipping Costs be?

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, items you've selected and all applicable duties and taxes. You will be able to see your shipping costs once you move through the order checkout process, prior to submitting your order.


Can I ship to Multiple Addresses?

No, you cannot ship to multiple addresses within the same order. The billing and shipping address must be the same.


Can I Make Changes or Cancel My Order After It Has Placed?

At this time, you may not make any changes or modifications to your order once it has been placed. Additionally, you may not cancel your order once it is placed.


How Do I Track My Order?

Tracking your order is easy! Orders placed on for International Shipping will be delivered by I-Parcel. You will be able to track the status of your order through i-Parcel's tracking URL provided in your email confirmation. When will my Order Arrive?

Once you have completed and submitted your order, we will begin to process it immediately. You will be provided with an estimated delivery date and a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order in transit. It is important to note that estimated delivery dates provided on our website are based upon US delivery only and that due to various factors, the estimated delivery date you are provided after checkout may change. In the event you need to return your item(s), the return will be subject to the Toys"R"Us /Babies"R"Us return policy. Most items fall under our 90 day return period but there are some exceptions. To view our full return policy, and for a list of exceptions, please click HERE

Please note that refunds/credits will only be made for the merchandise value of the returned goods received; No refund/credit will be given for shipping costs or duties and taxes.

** Please note that typically, you should receive your refund within 7 ? 10 business days.

You have two options for returning:

  1. You may contact i-Parcel through the returns section of the i-Parcel website and follow the electronic returns process. You will be responsible for all shipping costs and customs fees in the transport of your goods back to The United States. These costs will be displayed in the electronic returns process and you will pay for them when you print your return label. i-Parcel will not refund any shipping costs, duties or taxes incurred on the original delivery of your merchandise. You will be subject to the return policy for your merchandise credit.
  2. You may choose to return your item(s) on your own. If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the destination country. You must comply with all the above regulations and requirements and pay applicable duties and taxes. Shipping and handling, return freight, duties and customs fees on the original shipment are not refundable. Additionally, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling, export and import fees associated with the return shipment back to our return center in the United States. Title and risk of loss are yours and only transfer to us when we receive the product at our fulfillment centers. Can I return an item to a Toys"R"Us /Babies"R"Us store?

No, at this time no returns will be accepted in Toys"R"Us /Babies"R"Us store in any country.


Are there any rules or restrictions that I need to be aware of?

Yes, there are a few rules and restrictions for order orders shipped internationally.

  • Your bill to and ship to address must be the same. As such, you may not ship to multiple addresses
  • Pre-Sell items are not eligible for international shipping
  • International orders are not eligible for Free or discounted shipping
  • Gift certificates, gift cards, e-gift cards private label and co-branded credit cards are not accepted for payment
  • Deferred billing is not a valid payment option
  • Once your order is placed, you may not change, modify or cancel it
  • Returns are will not be accepted in any Toys"R"Us /Babies"R"Us store in any country
  • Commercial purchases for retail sales are not permitted
