What Do I Do If I Forget My Password?

How Long will my Registry Remain Active?

Your Baby Registry will remain active for 12 months from the expected arrival date you provide on your registration form. If you are interested in creating a toy Wish List for your child, family or friends, for events like their first holiday or birthdays, we encourage you to explore our Wish List feature.


What is the Difference Between "Due Date" and "Expected Arrival Date?"

Expected Arrival Date is the date you expect the baby to join your family. For moms that are giving birth, this date is the same as your due date. For families that are adopting, the expected arrival date is the date you expect to bring the baby home. You can modify this date at any time during the registry process if needed.


What is an Alternate Name?

An alternate name can be a nickname, e.g. Liz if the registrant's name is Elizabeth. In some instances a registrant may choose to use her maiden name as her primary "Registrant Name" and her alternate name may be her married name. This field is optional. You can use it if you think the additional information will make your registry easier to locate for gift givers.


How do I delete my Baby Registry?

What is the Registry Completion Program?

The Registry Completion Program is an exciting program that enables our registrants to take advantage of purchasing the remaining items on their registry at a special discount.

How long is my completion coupon valid?
The expiration date is printed on your coupon above your name. It is valid for approximately 90 days from the date you receive the coupon. The coupon can be used for one time only.

Can I redeem my completion coupon online?
Yes. You can use this coupon online by entering the 14-digit code located in the yellow box labeled "Online Code". This box appears just below your name and address and appears next to the actual coupon. Enter that code during checkout in the box that says "Using a Promotional Code?" Instead of using this coupon online you can choose to use it at any Babies"R"Us/Toys"R"Us location on items remaining on your registry.

Is the discount only valid if I buy all remaining items on my registry?
The discount is valid on most of the remaining items on your registry. You can use it for 1 item, 2 items, 10 items, etc. Please note items such as diapers, formula, special orders, buyer protection plans, Kiddie Kandids, Motherhood Maternity, gift cards, video game consoles, etc. are excluded.

What if I want to buy additional items that are not on my registry?
As stated on your completion coupon, the discount is only applicable to items remaining on your registry and the store registry will only discount those items. Online works similar in that if you want to purchase items that are not eligible for the program you can but the discount will not be applied to those items.

I have a coupon for $8 off a high chair. Can I use this coupon and the completion coupon together?
No, as stated on your postcard, this discount is not valid for any "R"Us offer for the same item. If you present both coupons at the register, only the first coupon presented will be applied. (NOTE: While item or category coupons will not combine with completion coupon, the completion coupon can be combined with other generic, basket-level or generic offers such as $5 off a $25 purchase.)

Can I use the completion discount on an "R"Us Gift Card?
No, as stated on your completion postcard, the discount is not applicable to Gift Cards.

My friend received a Registry Completion Certificate, but I did not. Why not and can I get one?
We are sorry that you did not receive the coupon and would be happy to have one sent to you at home. Please contact us at 1-866-345-5656.

I received a completion coupon in the mail but unfortunately misplaced it. Can I get another one?
We are sorry that you lost your coupon and would be happy to send another coupon to your home. Please contact us at 1-866-345-5656.

My aunt still has not bought me something for the baby. Can she use the completion coupon?
If you present the coupon to her and she uses it to buy an item still remaining on your registry, the coupon will work. If you give her your online one-time use coupon code she can use it online.
